Production

We operate more than 35 injection molding machines of different sizes on site. The majority of the plastic parts that will be assembled later on are produced at our own molding department and the highest, consistent quality is ensured.

When it comes to assembly, we cover everything from fully and semi-automatic lines to manufacturing. The production concept is selected with regard to production volume, costs, quality and robustness. An integral part of the assembly lines is inline testing and query devices to ensure that only error-free and 100% tested products leave our factory. Our quality standards are not only a promise to our customers, but also a commitment to implement the latest technology and design the processes carefully.

We produce exclusive small series in our workshop. Specialized professionals and manufacturing techniques are used here to deliver tailor-made solutions for individual requirements.​
